I do think Kenjaku would've found the Simurians in Modulo interesting, but people who're like "lol Kenjaku was bored their whole life and died before being able to see the most exciting thing ever. how pitiful." missed the whole point of Baka Survivor and Takaba's character.
Yes, aliens would be a nice curiosity, but in the end they're no different than the merger or Sukuna or any strong sorcerer Kenjaku happened to come across in the past millenia. It could hold their attention for a while, but not bring actual entertainment.
Kenjaku didn’t die bored. They finally felt actual joy and had fun right before their death and it's all because of Takaba. Just another shiny potential experiment coming along wouldn't be able to replicate that. In part also because what Kenjaku was actually looking for was a friend.
