Quinoa Flatbread Bagels (Vegan)
Pimento Cheese
Rainy day but it was time to sow some peppers. Last year was my first starting plants from seed and I did them inside under some grow lights, which worked well but was high on electricity and a bit of a process to harden off. I still want to get a jump on the season and start from seed, so I decided to try this little greenhouse tent and milk jugs to start seeds. I want to protect the seeds from frost/cold and provide a warm enough space to germinate. Hopefully it’ll work and I’ll have pepper and thyme seedlings soon!!!
(If anyone has tips for starting warm weather vegetables outside, let me know!)
