Toxic yaoi/yuri opinions?
I like it if the ship is actually toxic. For example Pillowbook and 1014 are enjoyable if there's SOME self awareness that the relationship is not healthy, but if content for them is regular cutesy I'm just like no. The ratio matters a lot, part of the reason I hate Fourthree is cause their canon dynamic in TPOT is toxic, but most Fourthree art I've seen is cutesy.
(With these ships I LOVE the idea of Wrong Person Right Time, where Book and Ten have to graphle with their dependency on someone that goes against all their values)
Also I don't consider it proship, not inherently at least. There's definitely people that fetishize/romanticise it. But there's also people that want to explore toxic relationships, and are willing to portray them as such.
