Ingredients: 8 cocktail sausages or mini hot dogs. 1 cup almond flour. 2 tablespoons coconut flour. 1 teaspoon baking powder. 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder. 1/4 teaspoon onion powder. 1/4 teaspoon salt. 2 large eggs. 1/4 cup melted butter or ghee. 1 tablespoon sesame seeds optional.
Instructions: Warm the oven up to 175F 350C. Mix baking powder, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and almond flour or coconut flour in a bowl with a whisk. Melt the butter and add it to the dry ingredients. Mix until everything is well mixed and a dough forms. Cut the dough into 8 equal pieces. A piece of dough should be used to wrap each cocktail sausage or mini hot dog like a blanket. Put the sausages that have been wrapped on a baking sheet that has been lined with parchment paper. You can cover each pig in a blanket with sesame seeds if you want to. After the oven is hot, bake the dough for 15 to 20 minutes, or until it turns golden brown and is fully cooked. Take it out of the oven and let it cool down a bit before you serve it.
