She’s been doing really great!!

Awesome at eating on a daily basis (eating every week is what I mean by this <3), isn’t spooked by being picked up anymore, and now that its getting warmer I can take her out occasionally to help her get used to what being outside is like!

A few witches familiars have a lovely little meetup~

Here’s a photo of Talanah since I haven’t shown how she’s been doing in a while! She’s gotten to the point where she feels comfortable lounging like this outside her hides on a daily basis, ever since I gave her a much larger water dish. This also shows how much she’s grown over the past few months!

She did get a little spooked by the fireworks tonight though, she tried to hide under her rock and peeped her little head out XD

She’s doing very well though, eating like a champ still! She’s definitely one of the best things that’s happened to me out of 2020, as glad as I am to have that year be over.

Safe as one can be, I did manage to get a job however! It’s working as a pet specialist for a local pet business, its essentially retail but I get to see dogs and occasionally cats everyday! The pay is also a lot better than past retail jobs I’ve gotten, so that’s always a plus. : )

Thankfully I’m in an area where everyone’s cooperating with wearing masks and other safety precautions too, so while I’m working in retail my coworkers and I haven’t gotten COVID and hopefully it’ll stay that way.

As for Tala, she’s doing great!

She’s definitely benefiting from the rats! She was actually getting fat for a bit, so I checked her weight and she was due for a change in her feeding schedule. Now she’s fed once every two weeks, and her bout of obesity has gone away! I’ve also been able to take her outside with the warmer weather, she likes tunneling through the grass so its good exercise for her. : )
