«o caracol · protótipo revolucionário para repensar a habitação no mundo moderno. Inspirado nas características biológicas e comportamentais do molusco gastrópode. O conceito parte de um princípio fundamental: a integração completa entre o habitante e a habitação. Assim como o caracol não possui uma separação entre si e a sua casa, este protótipo propõe unidades habitacionais que se tornam extensões dos próprios moradores criando uma simbiose entre o espaço construído e o ser que o habita.
A proposta elimina a tradicional dicotomia entre mobilidade e estabilidade residencial. Os módulos habitacionais são projetados para acompanhar seus proprietários, permitindo deslocarem-se sem a perda do sentimento de pertença ou risco de perder a habitação. Esta solução propõe transformar o paradigma da propriedade imobiliária, substituindo o modelo de fixação territorial por um conceito de habitação como direito inerente e inseparável do cidadão, independentemente de onde se encontra.

THE SNAIL · A revolutionary prototype for rethinking housing in the modern world. Inspired by the biological and behavioral characteristics of the gastropod mollusk. The concept starts from a fundamental principle: the complete integration between inhabitant and habitation. Just as the snail has no separation between itself and its house, this prototype proposes housing units that become extensions of the residents themselves, creating a symbiosis between the built space and the being that inhabits it.
The proposal eliminates the traditional dichotomy between mobility and residential stability. The housing modules are designed to accompany their owners, allowing them to move without losing their sense of belonging or risking the loss of housing. This solution proposes to transform the paradigm of real estate ownership, replacing the model of territorial fixation with a concept of housing as an inherent and inseparable right of the citizen, regardless of where they are located.
