My picky pad problem

Kay so I'm pretty sure I have the skin picking problem, I don't know how to spell the name, but I ALSO have kp on my arms so I have a bad habit of picking at that and its really bad for my skin. Im not able to get a picky pad, so do you guys have any suggestions on what I can use in my daily household I can use instead? I really would like some suggestions to help! oo picky and petri r such sillies i love them!! they r in fact twins! and verrryyy codependent ones at that hehe! picky loses like 90% of his feeling of self worth whenever she is with someone else for mildly irritated with him so he like constantly boosts her ego which screws them both over bc they both need this extreme validation from each other and it sabotages their other relationships… sometimes very directly! picky pad will ruin petris friendships if they get too close to her! he gets jealous and scared that somebody is going to matter more to xem so he sabotagesss petri is also super unhealthy here btw xe rely sm on pickys words of affirmation bc they confirm her ego and she like thinks shes better than everyone so her brothers compliments keep her afloat over all the most screwed up siblings ever i love them <33

also!! lipstick oo shes so peaks i love her ok so she ofc as per the prompt has severe dysmorphia so it keeps its cap on at all times though she cant see nor hear. She can talk fine with the cap on however typically “speech reads” by holding a finger on someone’s lips to understand others! its rather uncommon nowadays but its whats easiest for her and her friends :3 its SO. STINKING. SHY. like holy anxiety gurrllll she cant hold a conversation everrr but yeahs!! thats uhh basics of the dynamic and lippys personality lolzz THANK U SMMMMM FOR ASKING >U<
