Using one bag of physalis which was only £1.00 in Sainsbury's #walthamstow Put just under a table spoon of stevia just to slightly elvate the taste added lacto free whipping cream...after the consistency is smoothish....i let chilled the scrapped up and ate top layer then the grain of the fruit showed. Absolutely delicious with a very gentle palette cleansing type flavour. No heavy after taste. Served chilled or cool or as an ice cream! ^ Hope you enjoy there are some plant based creams out there one is by @oatly which is also really good! ^ One of my initial inspiration to finally lose and maintain weight-loss is because i just missed the freedom of eating what i want.
