Dream / Future Job: At the moment, he bartends and does catering on the side because he’s a bit of a busy body. He eventually wants to go into the baking industry at one point, and is looking for an entry level position at a bakery in the city. For now, however, Chris is just content to just do what he’s doing.

Dream / Future Job: Jamie really wants to be able to make a living off of being a writer. He is a blogger who gets paid for contributing articles to publications from time to time, but as you could imagine, there isn’t a ton of money in that. To help with income, he works in a bookstore during the week. In addition to the writing he does get paid for, Jamie writes on a personal blog every day to keep his “instrument” in tune. However, one day he hopes that he can write memoirs, or articles that will be read far and wide because they’ve been published in the TIMES or THE NEW YORKER. He isn’t sure where this career path will ultimately take him, but he isn’t going to give up his passion for anything.

In the future he hopes to open his own wine bar or restaurant, but he is content with his current position.
