enjoy fall!!
hello!
so i didn’t know exactly how to do this but i thought, what better way to kick this off than with the stuff you use to study? these are some of my favorites/go-tos. also excuse the yellow-ish desk, its university issued and sorta ruins the aesthetic (sorry…)
things i use a lot:
-emerald A5 leuchtturm 1917 (dotted): the dot grid is absolutely phenomenal and i love it so much
-staedler triplus fineliners: not the most original, but they work with minimal smudging (i’m a lefty). nice fine line that is fairly dark in pigmentation. pretty colors too
-gelly roll classic pens (i think?): a thicker line and i have to be careful of smudging but they’re sooo smooth. more pretty colors (favorites: maroon, navy, purple and that dusky pink)
-pentel energel 0.5 in black: probably my all-time favorite pen. still have to watch for smudging, but really smooth, fine, DARK line.
-(not pictured) zebra F-301 0.5 in black: really thin retractable with a metal body. the weight of the pen is really nice, though lines not as dark as i’d like
-the generic bic 0.5 mechanical pencil: super cheap, but better than all the other brands of cheap mechanical pencils. i just really like the weight. (especially can’t stand those super light papermate ones…)
- “foldable” ruler, post its, post it page things, white pearl ruler

Triangle II by rolandkunz
#daysofwork 1
Technically this is my third day of work. However I want to journal my victories every day at work so I will record them here. I will also record various prayer request. As well as stories, life advice, and a unofficial count of the renders I produce in premiere, photoshop, after effects, and like programs on my new job.
On day one I ran into an error with the macbook pro I received. For various reasons I was not able to wipe it, so I attempted to change the username and password. Well I did not restart the computer immediately (the way you are supposed to). It created a wild error with two mixed profiles and neither password working. On day one I had already received a project and I needed to export it. Now prior versions on macbook pros had optical drives, and to reset the password you needed the system disk. This one did not. I found directions on line that worked quite well:

The cool thing is that this method does not affect the keychain passwords!
Day one victory!
