I thought naming a puppy would be easy until I started looking up what different dog names actually mean. Suddenly every name felt like it said something about a dog's personality. If you've ever spent hours debating between names, you're not alone.

One of the small but painful things about being a tall girl is, in relationships, we donāt get the super cute soft nicknames men give to cute little petite girls. We donāt get called Babygirl (that ones was always the cutest), no Doll, no Princess, no Cutie. None of that stuff. We might get a ābabeā here and there but thatās it. Mostly though we get called ādudeā. Like I said itās really small but it stings every single time.
I keep calling people sweetheart!!!! why?!?! I called someone 2-3 years older than me sweetheart, and shes country as am I, and she said 'ive never heard you call me that before! I say it all the time, but you dont!' honestly I phase in and out of it but its so random I never know when its going to phase back in. I also keep calling ppl 'babe' and 'baby's and 'honey' like so offhandedly that I dont think anybody is rlly noticing?!
I dont know if its a southern thing or a me thing but I call everyone sweetheart, babe, baby, dear, and sweetie. Like I do it when I wanna comfort someone like theyre on their period or theyre having a rough day Iāll be like āits okay sweetieā or if someones doing somethinn stupid Iāll be like ābabe noā
