October 24th, 2018 Full Moon

This Full Moon brings out greater rebellion from those under stress and pressure.  On a global level, we could see more crime, which is based on revenge and emotional outbursts.  People will be looking for justice, on those that they feel are causing their stresses and anxieties.  When someone is functioning from a non-conscious space; they tend to be highly emotionally driven.  They will blame everyone and everything around them, for the suffering that they are feeling.  These people do not want to take any responsibility or accountability for the condition of their life.

Full Moons are always about rebellion to start with.  When you add the aggressiveness, which comes from feeling restricted and suppressed or agitation; things can really become combustible.  When that current has had the opportunity to build; it is kind of like pouring gasoline on an already raging fire.  We all know this isn’t a wise choice; but for someone in a reactive space it will become uncontrollable.

It will be wise, to pay attention to the space and state of mind of those around you right now.  If you notice people in this space; keep some distance from them.  You don’t want to be next to the building when it explodes, as they say.

On the positive side, this can be a very powerful time, for those that use this portal wisely.  The key is to focus on carrying out your own plans.  If what we do nourishes Divine Principles; we can experience a sudden rise. If what we do is focused on destruction and devastation; we can experience a rapid fall.  The Wheel of Fortune really isn’t a game of chance; it is a magnified result of choices.

During these two weeks, there may be all kinds of strange happenings. There will be sudden endings, sudden happenings that can completely change our life; for better or worse (that is up to us).  It is best to leave this time as open as possible to deal with what arises. Things may have a fated or serendipitous aspect to them; depending on which side of the tracks you are walking.

No matter what the twists are that arise; it is creating openings for us to succeed.  The twist in that is that we will succeed in what we focus our energy on.  Truly, this can be a time to “be careful of what you wish for” because you will get it.  The question is do you really want what you think you do?

This is a time where there may be more “good vs. evil” conflicts happening.  There is a struggle to pull people out of spirit; and a test to stand strong among challenges.  When we stop seeing the world through the eyes of “good” and “evil” we can get into the truth of what is happening; and realize there is no true struggle.  There is no true war here.  “Evil” is really nothing more than temptation; and if we hold a strong relationship with our soul self, we can never be tempted.

This time is not all extremes though.  During this portal, we can experience some very happy times; and enjoy some very sweet successes.  For those that choose wisely, they will also be able to relax a little and enjoy the season. They will be able to reflect a bit on the journey that they have gone through this year, and ponder the possibilities of the next journey they will take.  This is a time that favors celebrating in gratitude for the harvest we have been given in our life.

This Full Moon is also known as the Hunter’s Moon.  It is the second brightest, next to the Harvest Moon. This is a time where the moonlight is still bright enough to hunt for food, which is needed to survive through the winter.

The codes of this moon show it to be all about letting go of material things, and staying focused on our soul self; and in turn we increase the command that we have over our life.  It also shows that as we do this; we are able to “redeem” ourselves through compassionate acts.  As these two components merge, it shows the Hunter’s Moon to be a deeply introspective time; and one that creates deep personal transformation for us.  It is a time to honor the self; and listen to the voice within.

In numerology, this process is associated with the number 8. The last time that we had a moon with the same nature as this one, was on October 10th 2010.  So how is that for some serendipity or fate?  The energy pulled on both a 10 10 10 and a 111 set of master numbers; even though there are some variations to that since 2010 was technically a 3 year as far as numerology is considered.

However, this Full Moon does have a connection to that 10 10 10 energy. Oh, and in case you haven’t already done the math.  That happened 8 years ago.  Which means the Hunter Moon is even more magnified by the 8 energy and the connection with the 10 10 10 portal energy.  This energy has a lot of connection to karmic “payback”; and that can make this Full Moon a time where “payback” is set in motion or where debts become paid in full. The wise person will forgive and allow debts to be paid in full.  This pattern really magnifies the already charged energy that I have talked about; which is based in deep personal wounds.

One thing that we can be certain of is that, this will be a powerful time of change and new beginnings.  Things are going to be shaken up and turned upside down.  It may be best to not travel much, and to keep to quiet and serene spaces.  I would not want to be a hunter at this time, when the tables turn; for it is sure to be a time of strange accidents for those that are.  The question is what will you do with this time?  What new beginnings are you ready to make?  What direction are you going to take your life?
