(possible future essay topic for personal reference) It’s interesting how cis people view forcing a cis child to present as a gender they are not as creepy, abusive, and a horror trope (Insidious 2, lots of other things I’d have to look up) but it’s what those same people do to us all our lives and yet they tell us we’re the scary ones similarly, cis people often say that supportive parents of trans kids are abusing them and forcing/brainwashing the kids into being trans
