✨DIY PEEL OFF MASK✨ Get ᖇᗩᗪIᗩᑎT skin + remove ᗷᒪᗩᑕKh̶Eᗩᗪᔕ & ᗯh̶ITEh̶Eᗩᗪᔕ 🤗. TBH, I'm not a HUGE peel-off girl, but I've been getting lots of requests to share some recipes & after a month+ of research, here's the one I decided to go with. I found it on @Whatsupmom; I loved the way my skin looked afterwards, but I think the recipe needs a smidget more milk, to get a cleaner peel. I recommend doing this in the🌙PM, to avoid wearing makeup afterwards. P.S. Thank you SO MUCH for all your feedback yesterday, I ❤️you!! ::::::::::::::::::::::: INGREDIENTS: 1 tablespoon Gelatin or agar powder (as substitute; same effects but won't peel off very clean). 2 tablespoons hot steam milk. 1 teaspoon Manuka honey. 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice. 1 tablespoon vitamin E oil. 5-10 drops lavender oil. Optional: rose water as toner afterwards. ::::::::::::::::::::::: WHY THIS WORKS: Gelatin is RICH in amino acids. Glycine, which represents around 1/3 of the amino acids, has amazing anti-inflammatory benefits. . Milk has an abundance of enzymes, minerals, proteins & vitamins. . The honey has anti inflammatory & anti aging benefits + it's a perfect fit for acne-prone skin. . Lemon juice has skin brightening properties & it's rich in Vitamin C, whose antioxidant properties play an impressive role in collagen synthesis. (Listen to me, sounding all profesh 🤓😁). . Vitamin E is a great source of moisture + it helps block free radicals, which will help keep your skin youthful-looking. .
