Ive been watching old episodes of Chip and Dale Rescue Rangers while I draw lately, and speaking as a Sly Cooper fan it is shocking to me how much Penelope mouse is a brazen ripoff of Gadget Hackwrench. Astonishingly similar character. They should've made gadget the villain of the 2023 rescue rangers movie, to complete the uroborous chain (people'd've hated that lol)

I remember in sly cooper 1 being kind of underwhelmed by the Raleigh the frog boss fight--given that he's a machinist, I kind of figured machine type elements would play more of a role in the fight, like maybe he'd attack you in some sort of mech. How is it that we had to wait until thieves in time to get a boss fight like that, and it was against PENELOPE?
