Pecan Caramel Pretzel Bites These sweet and salty treats combine crunchy pretzels, creamy caramel, and a nutty finish for a delightful snack. Ingredients: - 48 pretzel snaps - 48 Rolos, unwrapped - 48 pecan halves Directions: 1. Preheat the oven to 275°F and line a baking tray with parchment paper. 2. Arrange the pretzels on the tray, spacing them about an inch apart. 3. Place an unwrapped Rolo on top of each pretzel. 4. Bake for 2-4 minutes just enough to soften the Rolos without fully melting them. 5. Remove from the oven and gently press a pecan half onto each Rolo, pushing down slightly to spread the chocolate. 6. Allow to cool completely on the counter, or to speed up the process, place them in the fridge for about 10 minutes.
