Peanut Dumplings are a tasty Chinese dessert made with sweet peanuts and glutinous rice flour. They're soft and chewy, and they taste great with nuts.
Ingredients: 1 cup glutinous rice flour. 1/4 cup ground peanuts. 1/4 cup sugar. 1/4 cup water. 1/4 tsp salt. 1/4 tsp vanilla extract.
Instructions: Glutinous rice flour and ground peanuts should be mixed together in a bowl. Put sugar, water, salt, and vanilla extract in a different bowl. Mix the sugar in until it's gone. Mix the wet ingredients with the dry ones. Knead the dough until it's easy to work with. Separate the dough into little pieces and shape them into balls or discs. Put the dumplings on a steamer that has cabbage leaves or parchment paper on the bottom. The dumplings should be steamed for 15 to 20 minutes, or until they turn clear and are fully cooked. Enjoy the warm peanut dumplings!
