Holy fuck for a month or so My PC has been running not so well even though I had upgraded from 16GB of RAM to 64GB. Saw that it was at all times using a bare minimum of 25% of total RAM. Just disabling that new AI program and also task bar Web Search dropped RAM usage to only 10% and performance went back to normal.

Okay I have a very serious question for you... I’m not into collecting PCs the way I know you are but I know how some rarer ones can be super expensive and so I guess my question is do you spend that much money to get PCs for your collection? If you’re not comfortable answering that’s totally fine no worries!! I’m just curious haha, like I’ve definitely spent a fair amount collecting but never over a certain amount for just one card if that makes sense.... 🤔
don’t worry! i love talking about pcs and i actually think it’s super important to talk about rare cards and pricing more openly because i think it adds a lot of transparency to the mysterious world of collecting rare cards where it is so easy to get ripped off. the short answer to your question is yes, i am willing to spend a lot of money on rare cards, but only if i am paying significantly less than i have been quoted for the same cards in the past. to be honest, the main reason my collection isn’t complete is because i won’t overpay! of course, the “market” is ever changing and there are TONS of baekhyun collectors in particular who are absolutely manic and for whom price is irrelevant, but i am very patient. the problem is that a lot of sellers and collectors operate from a place of panic and hypotheticals rather than... idk... reality? i don’t wanna stop people from making money and i also don’t want to be judgmental of people choosing to spend their money how they want, but people overpaying for pcs and then trying to resell them for the same price so they don’t take a hit for their dumb investment is literally the bane of the pc collecting community. not only does it NORMALIZE overpricing, it makes it harder for new collectors to even get started. it makes me sick. so i do a ton of research, have my eyes on the market constantly, and keep records of the prices i see so i can clap back at people who take me for a fool and to help negotiate. i’ll talk about my most expensive pcs and some offers i’ve passed on to give you an idea of how i navigate this world!
I’m dumb and know nothing about compooters so I didn’t think to get a displayport cable with my new monitor. and it only does 144hz through displayport, not HDMI. so that’s ordered now and it’ll be here thursday (I could run out and get one but fuck paying full price for it anywhere in person lol)
but besides that it is fucking phenomenal. i got a bigass monitor. it runs everything I’ve tried at a stable 60 on ultra. it boots in seconds. I have more space than I know what to do with. and I built it all by my damn self and didn’t fuck anything up!!!

I made a new dol PC and she is pretty slutty, she hangs around the pub and her main targets are married men. She's also in love with Leighton and is really happy to serve him. I kinda wonder if when you graduate from school that you could have him as a love interest.
I could see Leighton being a love interest while still in school, he and PC would just have to be a lot more secretive.
The idea of graduating school would be an interesting late-game idea, though there's the issue of certain characters going to waste, unless they increased their out-of-school presence.
Sad to know that some of the younger orphans actually do think of Bailey as a parent figure until they hit the age where they know the truth and how they really are :/

It's actually something I've got as part of my main PC's backstory.
As a child she actually respected Bailey and saw him almost like a surrogate father. Mari was surprisingly naïve at the time and genuinely believed that Mister Bailey was keeping the orphans safe from all the mean, scary things in town.
She never really understood why the older girls acted so weird; if they weren't on the verge of passing out they were either constantly stuck in fight or flight mode or completely vacant.
Now, of course, she absolutely despises her caretaker, more-so than anything or anyone else in the world.
Losing Robin, even if only temporarily, made her lose what few specs of respect she had.
🐉 As for how I would summarize both? Sandy is an adventurous soul, who looks out for Robin and the other orphans. Luke is…Well, he basically acts like Link (or whatever equivalent they have to LoZ in the DoL verse) as a way to cope with life, even before hitting 18. Doesn’t talk except for reactive noises, carries around a stick that is both for shaking at God and whacking things.
