Port Authority of Allegheny County. In the mid 1970's the PAT began operations of the ex B&O commuter trains from Pittsburgh to Versailles, PA. Two F7's from the WA&G (ex SP) were purchased and refurbed at GE-Hornell. Here is the #6691 laying over on the weekend at Glenwood Yard in Pittsburgh on 6/6/81.(pat100401c)
