Simple Pizza Recipe Ghetto Style LoLFeb 3, 2026
Well for me I'm plain and simple when it comes to pizza, and it depends on what type of pizza I'm making and especially what I have on hand. I make it by hand and I literally don't use a pizza roller, but anyways here is my simple recipe for making pizza and my main ingredients are:
4 cups of flour And 2 Cups Of Water 1-2 tablespoons of olive oil (or any cooking oil is okay) Pam spray oil or any spray oil A big bowl preferably a clear bowl but if you don't have it's okay you can use any huge bowl just as long as it's big enough for your ingredients Frying pan or a pizza griddle (pizza griddles are the best yo) Favorite spaghetti sauce Favorite cheese Favorite toppings like pepperoni or salami, (I prefer the Genoa Salami or the Gallo Italian Dry Salame brands) , chicken, or veggies. It doesn't matter the type of toppings it's whatever you like. Again it's whatever you have on hand okay. Remember I'm teaching the ghetto version of my pizza. Clear Saran Wrap or plate to cover any left over dough A Spatula
*Note if you're using a frying pan or even when you're using a pizza griddle SAFETY FIRST SO PAY ATTENTION WHILE COOKING AND CLEAN YOUR PAN OR GRIDDLE IN BETWEEN MAKE SURE TO DRY YOUR PAN OR GRIDDLE BEFORE MAKING ANOTHER PIZZA BATCH OKAY SO YOUR PAN OR GRIDDLE DOESN'T CATCH ON FIRE. AGAIN SAFETY FIRST SHUT IT OFF RIGHT AWAY. IF YOU HAVE A FIRE ALARM CONSIDER PUTTING THE FAN ON AND OPENING UP YOUR WINDOWS. TURN OFF EQUIPMENT RIGHT AWAY WHEN DONE COOKING.
So in your huge bowl your going to add your ingredients. Pour your 4 cups of flour, add your 2 cups of water, your 1-2 tablespoon of olive oil. Then you use one hand or you can wear latex gloves if you like because it will get sticky and mix well. You are still going to use a portion of the flour from the package and your olive (add just a little with olive oil but more flour than olive oil). You mix and squeeze the dough with one hand while turning the bowl in a circle slowly with the other hand. So it's like you squeeze the dough and turn the bowl pause. Squeeze and turn, squeeze and turn think of it like that. This process is called kneading the dough until the ingredients really doesn't stick to your hand, and as you're doing this process you also have to add 1 cup of flour from your package (keep on kneading) and maybe 1-2 more tablespoons of the olive oil.
Now I usually knead my dough and roll it into one big huge ball. Then when I have it to where it's heavy but not really sticking to my hand, I then pull a portion of it about maybe the size of a tennis ball and I roll it again into the palm of my hands and the rest of the dough I usually cover with my plate over the bowl to keep my dough fresh, and you're going to want to do that right away. The dough that I shaped into a tennis ball I temporarily set it on top of my plate.
You then grab your frying pan or pizza griddle and don't heat anything up yet because you are going to use your Pam Spray Oil and you're going to spray your pan or pizza griddle and take you'll also take from your package of flour just a a pinch, and you're going to sprinkle it onto your frying pan or pizza griddle in a circle, and still don't heat anything up yet.
So now take your tennis ball rolled up dough and place it in the center of your frying pan or pizza griddle. Use your hands to flatten the dough into a big circle. It doesn't have to be perfect but flatten it out as much as you can. The dough won't stick when you flip it to the other side. If the dough for whatever reason tears a hole, you can pinch the dough lightly back together.
Once you've flatten the dough out with your hands and into a big circle. Don't add the ingredients yet, but you can now turn on the stove or your pizza griddle and cook the dough first. Medium to high depending on your settings on your frying pan or pizza griddle. It's going to look like a flour tortilla and that's what you're aiming for okay.
The dough is going to rise for maybe up to 1-3 minutes 5 minutes max. If you're afraid of fire or heat turn off the stove or pizza griddle. Take your spatula and flip over the dough and then turn back on the stove or pizza griddle. AGAIN SAFETY FIRST OKAY. Now once the dough cooks add your spaghetti sauce, your cheese, your pepperoni or salami depending on the brand you use or your choice of any toppings and when you notice your cheese is cooked. Finally your pizza is ready to eat. Yum yum and this is my ghetto style pizza hehe lol.... MAKE SURE TO CLEAN UP YOUR FRYING PAN OR GRIDDLE AND TURN OFF OR UNPLUG YOUR COOKING EQUIPMENT OR IN BETWEEN COOKING RIGHT AWAY TO PREVENT ANY FIRE IN THE HOME THANK YOU.
CTS A | Week 5 Growth Mindset
What is a Growth Mindset?
A growth mindset describes a way of viewing challenges and setbacks. People who have a growth mindset believe that even if they struggle with certain skills, their abilities can improve. They think that with work, their skills can get better over time.
Difference between a Growth and a Fixed mindset?
The growth mindset focuses on learning and often seeks challenges. A fixed mindset focuses on validation and seeks certainty from others. To me, learning how to fail is key to learning as on the bright side, it is never too late to change your outlook on making mistakes.
One eventful moment that I had learnt from this class would be trying new ways and things is better than sticking to one direction of doing something. Like Jim Rohn, motivational speaker, says, "If you are not willing to risk the unusual, you will have to settle for the ordinary".
I did my own logo designs with my non-dominant hand. Mostly minimalist style and playing around with the letters to see which suits best respectively. In my opinion, I think one or two of them were quite successful in terms of look-wise. If I do have more time, I would draw more bold and bigger logos so that it can attract customers even more.
Hence, a growth mindset can be the difference between simply surviving or thriving in todayβs rapidly changing commercial environment. Although in some ways the work is mature, in many ways it is still in its youth because there is so much more to learn.

i wanna get away and i wanna go far away and never come back. im tired of all of this but im not ready to give it up js yet. im in the mix of tryna to achieve and die and the same time, am i crazy? but what-so-ever im tryna get revenge as well. idk how ima go about doin it but i js hope i find my way out of it. only time i tend to beat myself up about things is all bc i think i hesitated or i thought about it too long or even knew it was comin but i threw it over my shoulder. i do that alot and ive been doin that for a while now. my mom calls me lazy and dumb and slow i dont think im any of that.
honestly, i think my mom is my biggest hater if nobody dont hate on u more in life your mom will. i promise u that, but i dont take it personal i keep calm i hold my emotions and how i feel back. but its risin slowly that lid off of that pot is about to blow but i gotta plan everything out before it does.
