Cirrhosis (Liver theme) - My absolutest favourite one. I will have to preface I know very little about music theory so my ramblings may make no sense. But it's so dark and foreboding. Like, it's like, going into it you're thinking "oh we were just playing before. now we're getting serious". and this is the first organ that the adaptive immune system appears in so that tracks

Encephalitis (Brain theme) - oh boy nothing is getting me more hyped for the secret brain level than this song. So scary. I don't even know how to describe it. It's very techno so if you don't like techno you may not enjoy it (but tbf the whole soundtrack is kind of in that genre so.....) All I can describe is like an image in my head of the Pathogenic Parasite emerging from the darkness into a coliseum and all the immune system cells are looking down on it and then the Parasite goes apeshit. That's what I'm picturing. idk

Arrhythmia (Heart theme) - so unsettling. the beeping of the heart monitor is a really cool addition that keeps you on edge so you never really feel safe (I presume. I mean I haven't played this level because it wasn't in the demo)

Enteritis (Intestines theme) - very cool and grungy. makes me feel like I'm going undercover and like. hiding behind corners in the folds of the intestine. Works very well with the power increase in the enemies going from the skin to the intestines I think. And I think it fits as the theme for the parasitic worms in the intestine (Ascaris larva my beloathed <3)

Hypoxia (Lungs theme) - the breathing sounds make it so eerie and unsettling it's really fucking cool. I can't rank it any higher than this because the combat part doesn't really hit as hard for me. at least not as much as Enteritis. But none of these songs are bad.

Laceration (Skin theme) - I mean it's iconic really. The sound is so curious and idealistic. the Parasite is exposed to a whole new world and just exploring. unfortunately immune system no likey :( It works for the first level but ultimately is beaten out by the god tier themes for the later levels
