the excitement i felt when i saw patch 1.2 was out was unexplainable
Friendly reminder to all my 1.2 peeps
A lot of mods that you’ve got installed in the “patch” folder still works as of the 1.2 update;
Just gotta move the archive file from; \Cyberpunk2077\archive\pc\patch Into; \Cyberpunk2077\archive\pc\mod Either create a "mod" folder or just rename "patch"
I’d recommend taking your time and testing them one by one before you go flood the mod authors with with bug reports and/or comments, so you can be sure which specific mod it is that’s not working and go leave a bug report on the correct mod.
And be patient, you’ll get updates when/if the mod author has the time/want to update their mod.
You’re already probably getting their work for free, and they don’t have a duty or responsibility to make sure their works stay updated with official patches.
It’s our responsibility as mod users to keep an eye on the “last update” date and research the comment and bug section of those mods the author has been quiet on for some time before testing the mod in game to see if it works
Can’t just throw every mod on the nexus into our mod folder and then cry when it messes up the game
Ok i'm super hyped on patch 1.2 (a stupid patch! That's absurd. But yeah i'm so thirsty for new content, event such a small one. And those Goro's new eyes...) but i'm in the middle of three other games! I can't start Cyberpunk again until I finish something!
