Tristan Bastit (né le 13 janvier 1941 à Basse-Indre, Loire-Atlantique et mort le 3 novembre 2017 à Paris ) . Plasticien, peintre et graveur français. Il était membre de l'Oupeinpo depuis 1985 et de l'Ouca(ta)po, et provéditeur diaphaniste du Collège de 'Pataphysique.

Il est le chef de file d'un mouvement artistique qui se propose par l'agencement visuel de traces peintes - à la fois indices et signes, fortuites et délibérées - de faire passage à des objets d'une autre réalité. Pour lui, l'objet sémiotique clos de la toile peinte n'acquiers son statut de Peinture que lorsqu'il est le siège d'opérations en acte de trans… : trans-acter, trans-border, trans-cender, trans-coder, trans-crire, trans-ducter, trans-férer, trans-figurer, trans-former, trans-fuger, trans-fuser, trans-gresser, trans-humer, trans-iger, trans-ir, trans-iter, trans-later, trans-lucider, trans-mettre, trans-migrer, trans-muer, trans-paraître, trans-percer, trans-pirer, trans-planter, trans-porter, trans-poser, trans-uder, trans-vaser, trans-verser, trans-vider, etc., etc. Avec le résultat, comme une sorte de traversée du miroir, d'un changement de nature dont cette peinture même présente par transparence l'épiphanie

Desert Moon by Fukuoka Rinji, Michel Henritzi

Fukuoka Rinji and Michel Henritzi have been working together for over a decade. This is their fifth duo album since 2007, but this time around they take on a stricter focus than in the past, aiming for a more intense sound depicting the current crisis they see in theworld. Fukuoka, known for his work with Overhang Party, and more recently Majutsu no Niwa, brings violin and perhaps also guitar, while Henritzi, of Dust Breeders and many collaborations, adds his own guitar-based sonics. 

The approach here is predominantly drone-based, and the title of the second piece, "Song for Nico", is intriguing for its connection with the Velvets' roots in sounds like John Cale's strings and drones from Tony Conrad and La Monte Young. This album certainly brings to mind Conrad's album with Faust, Outside the Dream Syndicate — there are layers of violin, guitar, and effected sonics that often reach for similar inner-space states.
