Presentshipping. Pastshipping+Futureshipping. Shipping Borg with both Hands of Time because it's funny. They shared an element, so they can share Borg, too. Acronix and Borg keep trying to get Krux to admit that not all modern technology is bad, and Krux and Borg help Acronix with his temporal displacement (his "I time traveled 40 years forward and am very lost") issues. Or smth.
(Maybe Borg is a little evil, too, because that's fun. Like, he willingly cooperates with them in exchange for them adding "crushing all of Borg Industries' competitors before they were even founded" to the evil plan or smth.)
Honestly I think the best part of shipping Borg with both of them would be the absolutely inescapable bickering. Acronix and Krux already stay arguing about dumb shit, stick a boyfriend in between them and it’s more shit to argue about.
Plus additional bickering between Krux and Borg about technology. Just imagine, Krux being a snippy shit with Acronix about something tech related, and Borg coming to Acronix’s defense. And then just *offended Krux noises* about “Oh well isn’t it just like you to take his side about this!”
Or when Krux is left out of the loop about when Borg is going to be out with Acronix because he didn’t check the Borg Calendar and having a fit because technology ruins everything they should have just said something or at least left him a note.
I think it would be a very entertaining train wreck Lmao
I fucked up. Guys. Guys I fucked up. I’m not really into future shipping. I don’t really see the chemistry between Acronix and Cyrus Borg. But I’m missing out on a lot of time twins content if I don’t ship it. So I’ve been examining that. And asked somebody to try to convert me. And I STILL don’t really see it. But you know who DOES have chemistry with Borg?
Krux.
Like is he always this much of a close talker? Man straight popped his head over Borg’s shoulder to make vaguely threatening noises about things he has no business knowing.
Granted my taste in men is uh. Bad, but I’m just saying if an attractive older man was getting unnecessarily close to me and making vaguely threatening noises about how competent I was, I would have heart eyes a little bit.
And Borg talking up his temporal anomaly locator directly to Krux, with his little shrug and cocked eyebrow and little “HmmMM?” At the end comes of as so flirtatious to me now, I can’t unsee it. That bickering back and forth about Borg being able to build the iron doom device and just not wanting to also reads as full of … some kind of tension to me, but I didn’t pull screenshots of that yet.
Krux admiring Borg’s work and complimenting him about it directly? Even though he rescinded it after, he still said it. AND acknowledged that it was a compliment.
Somebody declared it Pastshipping on discord if that’s not some other ship already and I’m now the reluctant CEO.
TL;DR Krux and Cyrus Borg have chemistry together and I hate it actually. Rarest rare pair in the fandom. Lucky me.
