Last Sunday I dared to go where I’ve never gone before… I cooked with pastry. That might not seem like a big deal but I’ve not attempted any recipe using pastry since I was a child (I think I ate more raw pastry than I baked back then). Like baking bread it’s a hurdle I’ve never felt confident enough to cross… until now. Coming up with new, interesting vegan roast dinner recipes can be a challenge.
