Finte paste frolle alternative: all’olio (senza burro) e allo yogurt, leggere e friabili, facili e perfette per torte e crostate
Pasta “frolla” all’olio
300 gr di farina 100 gr di zucchero 1 uovo + 1 tuorlo 100 ml di olio la scorza grattugiata di un limone 1 cucchiaino di lievito 1 pizzico di sale
Pasta “frolla” allo yogurt
300 gr di farina 125 gr zucchero 1 uovo + 1 tuorlo 125 ml yogurt bianco la scorza grattugiata di un limone 1 cucchiaino di lievito 1 pizzico di sale
Pasta “frolla” alla ricotta
300 gr farina 150 gr zucchero 1 uovo + 1 tuorlo 150 gr ricotta la scorza grattugiata di un limone facoltativo 1 cucchiaino di lievito 1 pizzico di sale
Versare in una ciotola tutti gli ingredienti tranne la farina (ed eventualmente il lievito) e quindi mescolare con un cucchiaio di legno. Unire il lievito e la farina un po’ alla volta continuando a mescolare quindi spostarsi sulla spianatoia incorporando la restante farina e impastando con le mani fino ad ottenere un impasto elastico.
Utilizzare come una normale pasta frolla per realizzare torte o biscotti. Non necessita di riposo in frigorifero.
