if i ever had the decision to talk to my past self the first thing i am going to tell her is to stay strong , to stop letting others manipulate her and stand up for herself
i would tell her that it was just the beginning , that she's going to face much more difficulties whether it is inside her house or at school
i would tell her to not let herself depend on others , that if she really trusted her abilities she would be better in the future
last but not least , i would try and convince her to take more care of her mental health , to not neglect it because it's going to hurt badly after , because if she did that she wouldn't be suffering from anxiety and maybe even depression
BUT what she really needs to hear the most is that she doesn't have to pretend to be happy in front of others , that she doesn't need to suffer alone , especially that she deserves someone to hear her out to listen to her without judging to tell her that her existence isn't a mistake ; to whom she can finally talk freely , that she deserves to be happy too
