This green dress was used several times in the 1940s. It was first spotted on Virginia Welles as Jean Mitchell in the 1947 film 𝑳𝒂𝒅𝒊𝒆𝒔 𝑴𝒂𝒏.   The gown later appeared on Gail Russell and Veronica Lake in promotional shots for Paramount Pictures.   The costume went up for sale @Bonhams1793 in January 2020, where it sold for $1,275. It's been 40 years passed since Paramount Pictures' That was Then... This is Now movie came out on November-8-1985 and let me tell ya: it's totally great. It's about a troubled young man, Mark Jennings (Emilio Estevez), who has always looked up to his older friend, Bryon Douglas (Craig Sheffer), but when Bryon starts dating Cathy Carlson (Kim Delaney), Mark gets jealous and begins acting out and gets into dealing drugs. After the friends' mentor, Charlie Woods (Morgan Freeman), suddenly dies 'cause of two Texans whom they have hustled and Cathy's brother named M&M Carlson (Frank Howard) goes missing, Bryon suspects Mark is involved. As the case unravels, their friendship is put to the test. I remember that I've read that book version of the same title when I was a 9th grader at Fitzgerald High School and I also watched the movie version as well. At first, one of my old teachers named Jacqueline Terbrack thought it was rated PG-13, but she was wrong. It was rated R, in case I've seen the rated. Then, I've read the book version again and watched the movie version again in Melissa Kiger's class when I was an 11th grader.

Die Call of Duty-Verfilmung steht vor der schwierigen Aufgabe, eine der bekanntesten Gaming-Marken der Welt erfolgreich für die Leinwand zu adaptieren. Während viele Videospiel-Verfilmungen in der Vergangenheit enttäuschten, haben jüngste Erfolge wie "Detective Pikachu", "Sonic" oder "The Super Mario Bros. Movie" gezeigt, dass es möglich ist, Gaming-IPs respektvoll und erfolgreich zu verfilmen.
