🏁Midlife crisis mode in full effect. Yo, my methods are cheaper than a Lambo, calf implants or roid rage...🤗🤫For realz, it's a real shame it took me until my 40's to fully recognize that gymnasts are the real owners of the strength and aesthetics game. This old dawg is always down to learn new tricks though and since I hit 40, I've developed a new outlook on strength gainz and recognition of muscle elasticity and patience.😅 . . Finally ordered some #parallettes that arrived this week and I'm digging them. Today is an offday and they keep calling me, so I had to give them some attention. Also got a pair of rings in as well, but that's for outdoors use only...for now.
