It's Jessica Yamada. She has no powers, she's just a normal human therapist. But she shows such grit in facing even life or death situations because she is there to help. She keeps herself regulated even when Sveta nearly kills her just so Sveta will stay calm too and not feel like a killer. Taylor stays calm in many dangerous situations because she dissociates into the bugs. Alexandria stays calm because she could take a hit from a nuclear bomb and survive. Jessica? A normal criminal could choke her out, yet most of the her clients could destroy her with a small movement. Yet she faces pain, attitudes, lashing out, threats, and she stays calm, talks her clients through their roughest struggles, and regularly hands out hugs to those who need them most. She saved lives and altered the path of many capes all without mind control or energy blasts. Of special note is that only Jessica and Tattletale got the closest to understanding Taylor's motivations. They still underestimated and misplaced some of her mindset. But considering just how much Taylor confused basically everyone in the entire story, that's still quite the achievement to grasp the idea of her that much.
