I need y'all to realize just how obsessed with Angor I am. Like, I'm doing the most mundane crap and then my brain is like "Hey, maybe Angor would have liked the domestic life if given the chance" and then I crumple to my knees, cuz YEAH HE WOULD
FIGHT ME ON IT ! I WILL STICK TO THIS OPINION UNTIL THE DAY I DIE.
After centuries of being a plaything for other people, he WOULD enjoy simple, mundane tasks. No more manhunts, no more agonizing emptiness, just domestic bliss! He seems like he'd enjoy gardening (totally not saying this because of Nari), or maybe he'd like to move to a more rural area, where he can enjoy having animals to tend to again. GIVE THIS MAN A BREAK!!!
But, once again, on my RottenRoots shenanigans, a cute little cottage for the two of them is actually the dream. A little garden for Nari, a herd of animals for Angor and just tending to their home overall.
I LOVE THEM, OKAY??? THEY DESERVE TO BE HAPPY!
Do y'all ever think about how the longer Angor's soul was separated from himself, the more he lost who he once was? Like, only being able to follow other's orders for centuries, but never be able to act on his own. Their actions became his, and he knew nothing else, not able to separate what was their bidding and what was his own volition.
Compare who he was before to whom he was when first introduced in the show. Those are nearly two different people there. One is caring, going out of his way to lay Morgana's body to rest. The other is willing to drop kick a teenager at the drop of a dime.
Do you guys think about it? Cuz I do.
I keep thinking of an AU where trolls were able to integrate themselves with human life, and human and trolls are just chill with one another.
Like, trolls work regular 9-5 jobs and have their own shops and modes of transport for themselves. Humans don't mind them. They haven't for centuries at that point.
Of course, with the obstacle of the sun, they've built structures to provide them shade during the day. Most live their lives through the night, working the closing and graveyard shifts.
