been brainstorming how hassels torture section goes down. ok bear with me as this is just incoherent scribbles otherwise :')

1.) opening shot of hassel, alone in a dark room, surrounded by various towering liquor bottles

2.) the bottles are spinning around him, and theyre getting faster with each second. theyre spinning to the point where its whipping up the wind, causing hassel to try to shield his face

3.) the bottles, and the wind, come to a slow. hassel takes a tentative peek as the sound of glass cracking can be heard

4.) the bottles loom over hassel, the glass cracking over various warped reflections of hassel. the main focus is of the bottle in the middle, where it looks like a figure is suspended in glass. it moves its palms to press against the glass. they resemble hassel’s

5.) terror washes over hassel’s face, his hand lowering to his side, as the suspended figure begins to frantically pound its fists against its glass cage.

thats all i got bc im lazy. the general idea is that he fears being like his father, and when he drinks sometimes that suppressed rage comes out. the figure wouldve broken free of the glass and cause the “room” to flood. once the torrent ceased all there would be left would be broken bottles, shards of glass, liquor all over the place, and the “reflection” with its hands tightly around hassel’s throat
