Fucking shit fuck asshole cancer. Wade flopped up one hand to flush and then slumped next to the toilet. The nausea had subsided a little, but Wade wasn’t fooled. This day promised to absolutely fucking suck in the most non-fun way possible. He should’ve just stayed in bed. OR Wade's chronic pain is flaring up. Logan is there to make it better.

“Okay.” J.J. finished his beer, depositing the bottle on the coffee table and looked at Ilya. “Do you wanna play a game?” Another eyebrow raise from Ilya. “I call it Jackie or Shane, a game where I tell you an actual real quote that I heard Hayden say and you have to guess if he said it to his wife or his best friend.” Ilya blinked. “C’mon Peanut, get ready!” Wade appeared at the side of the pull out, fully dressed and clutching one of his oversized to-go cups “For what?” Logan grunted and sat up. Upon hearing his voice, the dog immediately came running over, yipping and circling Wade’s legs. Logan just sighed and finally took a step closer. “What’re you even buyin’ this for?” He jutted his chin in the direction of things Wade had accumulated. “Creative minds need to be around possibilities for creativity to be able to fully expand and explore their true potential,” Wade explained, grabbing a palette of watercolours. Now that he was closer Wade could smell the faint hint of cigar smoke coming from Logan, mixed in with the by now familiar scent of cologne. “There’s an entire shelf with unfinished craft projects and materials in the living room,” Logan pointed out. Wade ignored him and picked up a small bag with yellow rhinestones. OR Wade buys craft supplies

When Wade turned his head to draw him into a kiss, Logan eagerly kissed back, bringing up his free hand to cradle Wade’s jaw. He relished the texture of Wade’s scars under his fingertips, let himself sink into the feeling of having Wade this close; warm, solid, alive. Logan had no idea how he had been able to restrain himself before. OR Logan and Wade’s first date ends in a cosy movie night at home. Things start to get heated from there…

Logan blinked again, trying to process his surroundings. “We’re in a tent in the middle of a forest,” came Wade’s voice, soft and quiet. “We came here for quality time, to get out of the city. It’s… I’m not sure about the specific date, but it’s the middle of October.” Slowly, Logan came back to the present. Could hear the sounds of the forest, could feel the cool air, got flashes of the hike they went on earlier. OR Logan has a nightmare. Wade helps.

When Wade opened the door, he paused at the sight of a pair of Doc Martins next to his blue crocs. Wade softly shut the door, put his keys on the hook and took off his jacket. “Puppins,” he called, taking off Mary’s little boots as well before she scampered off to her water bowl. Then he casually walked over to the couch. “Fancy seeing you here,” Wade said. “Did I miss something?” OR Wade comes home to discover a surprise visitor
