During the war on Gaza, a bomb hit their family home in Al Zeitoun. Moh was seriously injured, losing his lower left leg and fingers on his hand. Having lost their home, the family were displaced to a tent in Deir Al Balah.

It is approaching a year since the massacre at Al Nabulsi roundabout, where the Israeli forces fired at Palestinians who were attempting to receive humanitarian aid.
Shadi and his father Marwan were simply trying to get food.
Marwan was killed, and Shadi was seriously injured. Shadi's legs were shattered. He was left with metal rods in his legs which were supposed to be removed after 2-3 months, but hospitals in North Gaza were destroyed, and he was denied medical evacuation.
His sister is raising money to evacuate their family to Egypt and get Shadi the medical care he needs!
