Just saw The End of Oak Street, pretty good! It's like if a knock-off Spielberg made a zombie movie but replaced the zombies with very hairy dinosaurs.

Near the middle, I thought they were going to take a much darker turn, but ultimately it's at about the same level of PG-13 thrills and scares as the average Jurassic World movie.

The main draw of this movie, and its biggest strength, is the idea of dinosaurs in suburbia. The contrast of a mundane street and a rampaging Allosaurus, a sauropod drinking from an ice cream truck, Coelophysis digging through trash cans and eating people's cats. The film fully understood this and had as much fun with it as it could. That's what this movie is, nothing more and nothing less, and within those parameters I think it did a great job. A solid 7 or 8 out of 10.

I do agree with all the critics though that the ending was kind of weak and weird, and it didn't really make sense with a kind of morbid implication, but it doesn't sour the movie as a whole.
