Workhorse Fight Club
First hour was good, had 5 people. Did a quick warmup and a circuit of Tabata: Battle Ropes Sand Bag Cleans Ball Slams Sledge on Tire Big Bag Pick-up
Then did some pad work, had them hold pads and I circled around and worked with everyone at least ones.
Then did some kick work on the hanging bags; round kicks, front kicks & side kicks.
Second hour was sparring. I sparred with everyone at least 3x times for 3x 1:00 rounds. Then introduced some point sparring at the end. I think they liked it.
