Automatic packaging line for Detergent powder pouches packing in paper carton by robot The automatic packaging line for detergent powder pouches is a fully automated system that comprises a series of machines that work together to pack the product. The line starts with a conveyor belt that transports the detergent powder pouches to the first machine, which is the carton erector. The carton erector opens the paper cartons and positions them on the conveyor belt. The next machine, the filling machine which is a robot grasper, fills the paper cartons with the detergent powder pouches. After full filling, the cartons are sealed by a carton sealer, and finished the complete packaging processes.

Customized conveyors combining each part to a complete fully automatic line, all the packing processes running well without any manual work. It's suitable for various types of products which packed in pouches and then need to pack in cartons.
