Oliver had told Nick that Noah had broken up with him, and that had to explain the fact that he’d seen his brother wandering around in below-freezing weather without shoes on the night before. With Noah refusing to answer his texts and calls, Nick was left with no choice but to go down the hall to his brother’s room. He knocked on the door and bit his lip while he waited, feeling awkward standing there rather than waiting on his knees. Knowing his brother, though, the last thing he needed was seeing Nick kneeling while he waited. “Noah Sir?” he called out when he didn’t hear any movement on the other side of the door. He knocked again, more loudly this time. When he still didn’t get an answer, he pounded heavily on the door, calling his brother’s name. He gave it a few more seconds before frowning and slowly making his way back home. Was Noah ignoring him, or was he hurt? He’d promised Ollie he wouldn’t tell anyone about the breakup, but if Noah was in trouble... he had to say something, right? @tapdancingduval
