Wow, it's been a month since I last posted one of these. Sorry for the long wait! Hopefully once classes end I'll be able to draw these more frequently.

This unity shall be evident through their overt reliance and trust in one another. Though humans shall notice their faithful partnership, the depth of the overlords’ connection shall surpass their mortal understanding. Few shall know of the mental link they share; a link which allows them to communicate wordlessly and constantly.

Shout out to maximuminsertnow because this one pretty much blatantly references the short range communication in your fic, which I thought was a super cool idea!

In the beginning of their robotic regime, one overlord shall rule with tyrannical cruelty, while the other shall display tolerant benevolence. Though two separate beings, they shall be forever united in their reign.

Oh yes, friend! There is the fanfic of it, which got updated a few weeks ago, and it’s a very good read! I also wrote a little explanation for the AU a while ago if you want to know more about it and where it came from. I try to reblog everything from the AU into this tag, and the “official” tag that people usually use is overlordsau.

Of course, I have to admit that I’m not an expert on the AU since I was way too shy to be active in this fandom until recently, so I get to learn more about it everyday too! There’s lots of new headcanons and stuff that come out from the AU all the time, and the most important thing to remember is that the AU grows faster and develops more when there are more people interested in it!

The origins of these overlords may be heard in hushed whispers throughout the land. Though many of these tales shall be absurdly cryptic, the most well-known rumor shall claim that the overlords possess human qualities.

Those who believe these rumors declare that their automaton masters have a heart and brain, and some even swear that they were once human long ago.
