These oven fries are a healthier alternative to deep-fried fries because they are crispy. They are baked until golden and crunchy and have just the right amount of seasoning.
Ingredients: 4 large russet potatoes, scrubbed and dried. 2 tablespoons olive oil. 1 teaspoon garlic powder. 1 teaspoon paprika. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: Warm the oven up to 425F 220C. Potatoes should be cut into wedges or thin strips that are about inch thick. Put potato strips in a large bowl and add olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss the strips around until they are well covered. Put the potatoes on a baking sheet that has been lined with aluminum foil or parchment paper. Spread them out in a single layer. Fries should be baked in a hot oven for 30 to 35 minutes, flipping them over halfway through, until they are golden brown and crispy. Enjoy while hot!

In place of regular fried potatoes, these crispy oven fries are a better choice. For extra flavor, garlic powder and paprika are added, and then they are baked until golden and crunchy.
Ingredients: 4 large potatoes. 2 tablespoons olive oil. 1 teaspoon garlic powder. 1 teaspoon paprika. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: Warm the oven up to 425F 220C. Scrub and wash the potatoes, then use a towel to dry them. To make sure the potatoes are all the same thickness, cut them into thin strips or wedges. Add olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper to a bowl. Toss the potatoes so that they are evenly covered. Put the potatoes on a baking sheet that has been lined with aluminum foil or parchment paper. Spread them out in a single layer. If you want the fries to be golden brown and crispy, bake them for 30 to 35 minutes and flip them over halfway through. Serve hot with the sauce of your choice.

It was a simple, tasty meal tonight. Asparagus, chicken and Yukon potatoes. However, I tried a new recipe to make oven fries, and, oh wow, it was a knockout. Nicely crisped and cooked through for potato creaminess in the middle. About the only difference is that I added some basic spices at the beginning and skipped the steaming step. Definitely recommend trying it. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Al4LYwOKsxw #ovenfries #americastestkitchen #recipe #yukongoldpotatoes #potatochampion https://www.instagram.com/p/CAeUNfohllQmN80VCpQsF3EXTruSnCVMFFvY240/?igshid=1glmj5aktdabx
