Inspiration for my type specimen.

Cheltenham was designed in 1896 by architect Bertram Goodhue and the director the Cheltenham press, Ingalls Kimball. The typeface drawings, then known as Boston Old Style, were given to Morris Fuller Benton of the American Type Founders who worked them into a final design. The final typeface was finished in 1902. Tony Stan redesigned the face for ITC in 1975 with a taller x-height and improved italic details.

The nature of the paper allows the forms of the characters show through the paper and interact with each other. 

For my second cover, I'd like to do something with hydro dipping. I was inspired by the intricate designs created by oil on water. I believe I can recreate those types of designs by pouring oil paints onto water. I'm going to play with swirling the paint around to create various patterns. Then I'll dip paper into it to transfer the design. I will also try various techniques to add "TM" to my cover such as cover areas of the paper before I dip it in or adding paint on top afterwards.
