Yeah, they say "people come and go," that's definitely true. You maybe heartbroken for your loss when they cut ties with you. But try to think this way, "everything happens for a reason, and all the people we met in our lives have their own purpose, like how characters in a story or a movie are significant." They might be gone in your life because they have already served their purpose in your life—that's on the pov of someone being left—How about the pov of someone who left? Okay, it's also okay to cut ties with people and it really happens. It happens when we outgrew a few significant people in our lives. Maybe right now they no longer match the goal where you're heading to and they just wanna be stagnant or stilled. Like for some reason you both don't bring the best in each other anymore, but the worse and nothing makes your connection work anymore as well. It's alright, you out grew them, or you outgrew each other and be fine going to separate ways in life. Some may have the thinking "maybe it's better being true to them and cut them now so we won't gonna hurt each other more." It's okay, both wish each other well on their next journey and respect their decision in life even if it may hurt. Grieve, feel your emotions, be upset about your loss, but don't be stucked there. Learn to move on and try to learn and see the positive side of it. There's for to life waiting to be discovered and experience, and there's more people our there you'll going to meet and learn lessons from. Some are going to leave, and some may stay. Learn to enjoy and value every second you have with them.
