The wonderful folks over at OttLite recently sent me this gorgeous LED Crane Lamp from their LED Illumination line. I was beyond thrilled at the gesture since my life is entirely dedicated to the creation of DIY projects and tutorials.

As most of you know, not only do I shoot 1-2 video DIY tutorials for my youtube channel a week, I also create jewelry pieces constantly sold over on my Etsy shop as well. Being able to tackle these two things constantly has created the following problems: 

1) Shoot Time Availability: Natural light is always the best light in which to shoot any video content, but over the years, this has become a problem. There are some days where I am free to shoot during the day, but when my schedule is bananas I am forced to shoot video tutorials in low quality light in the evening. (DREAD THIS!) This has turned into a huge problem as well, as I don’t have proper lightning to facilitate in the creation of the jewelry. Although I have perfect 20/20 vision, I will not risk my vision and potentially damaging my eyes even further in the process. Again, the LED Crane Lamp could not have come at a better time in providing me with maximum lighting for those late nights. Overall, I am extremely happy with the quality and the needs the LED Crane Lamp will bring to my craft. It will specially ease the stress of the days in which I run out of time to shoot content during the day, thus creating more opportunities overall for my brand.
