---*!!(the iconic scene above-is even MORE iconic after i learned(decades into being part of OTH Fam btw!!)that they shot it in ONE take, as in, they were filming in ONE take, James was meant to MAKE THAT SHOT. and that's not all because apparently camera was behind the backboard bc they wanted a shot from above AND they had a backboard but it was old and it wasn't possible to see through it so they put A GLASS BACKBOARD in there so camera could see/shot the scene clearly AND JAMES WAS MAKING A SHOT THAT WAS MEANT TO BE THE SHOT, into a basket, in the GLASS backboard! in a one take only scene!! so the JOY of everyone after was REAL bc it was ONE TAKE once chance scene.
