kichi feels kind of obscure now just because i haven't drawn him in so long... technically he'll be a supporting character in the comic eventually, but i won't have time to dive into his story too much.

Hummy's "OH SHIT" face is adorbs.

And so are the girl's.  But seriously, I thought Kanade would have at least been smarter then this.

Using diversion tactics on grandpa.  Smart, but later in the episode they say they only know his name and nothing else about him?  How would they know if he had grandkids?

This is a High Wheel bicycle, first seen around 1870.  Also one of the first bicycles to actually be called a bicycle.

Yes, Otakichi is bad ass enough that he watches a monster version of himself fight some magical girls on the beach.  A very public beach.  Why does no one else see these things?

Old person stereotype three, they like to nap.

You are awesome sir, but up to no good.  I bet like the girl in the last episode, we'll see more of you too.

Lesson of the Day, as told by Sensei Otakichi.

Sidenote is that Hummy at first realizes her mistake about talking aloud.  But then works with the Otakichi later on against the girls in order to get them to spend the day together.  So I'm guessing Hummy is really naive, which she is, or she also knows him.
