Petitions are permitted. Debate is permitted. Public criticism is permitted. Political embarrassment is, unfortunately, permitted far more often than I would personally recommend.

Attempting to incite a coup against the First City, however, is not considered “civil disagreement.” It is considered treason, destabilization, and a very poor long-term health decision.
