He was spared by frisk, resulting on him being slightly more helpful. He can feel more emotions after absorbing the human souls. His scars/"fixing" were accidentally caused by Toriel, he doesn't really care about the pain but he holds a grudge against her for ""ruining his looks"", resulting on him inconveniencing her whenever he gets the opportunity. He's still sadistic, however he doesn't act on it unless provoked. He's like an older brother who loves you slightly less than he loves being an asshole.

I haven't read much about your Kasa7 AU, does anyone else other than WxS know about Tsukasa's state? (Like how he acts very differently now)

Asahi does, they will meet up eventually, and after seeing the person he admired act so differently, he comes to the realization that what Sakaki is doing is not okay.

The rest of Wondershow know that Tsukasa is in a bad mental state, because it's reflected in his sekai.
