Thanks to @sangorigami, I now know the name and designer of the model. It is a variation from the Carambola series designed by the one and only @ekaterina.lukasheva. I placed them in the openings of David Mitchell's Electra Star kusudama, a 30-unit variation. Each module is hand-coloured with highlighters.
