2021-03-29 / A review
I did not intend for this to happen. Prior to the incident I was at work for 13 hours, therefore I felt like I haven’t progressed with anything that benefits me or the future. Upon coming home at 10pm I decided although I’m tired, boiling my menstrual cups can be a small but rewarding chore to do after a long day.
That is if you don’t forget about them for more than an hour.
Lucky me that my computer is also broken (hah) and I can only access the internet if I’m sitting right next to the router in the living room. If I had been sitting in my room I wouldn’t have heard the sizzling noises OVER MY HEADPHONES coming from the kitchen.
Fortunately have been keeping my camera on stand-by after a year of neglect, so I could at least get some content out of this costly experience.
As a conclusion I’d like to share with you a very in-depth menstrual cup review:
- OrganiCup has funnily held on the longest, not by any means salvageable - but still the most intact
- the Merula has completely lost all silicone-like qualities and broke into dust and pieces upon moving it
- MeLuna (WHICH I BOUGHT ONE MONTH AGO) HAS COMPLETELY EVAPORATED leaving behind tiny particles of burnt menstrual cups all. over. the. fucking. kitchen.
