I would just like to say for the record that when I committed to all of this hockey I expected my workday to be starting at 8am, not 6am, and the resulting exhaustion was. Unanticipated.

A teammate casually asked me the other day what kind of wedding I had, and when I expressed some confusion about this question (you know, having never been married) she responded with some surprise that she was for some reason sure I had a spouse. The upside to 26hrs of OT and 16 straight days of work is that I no longer feel bad about buying the nicer hockey stick, so there's that.
